How do we protect your information?

We use a variety of security measures to ensure that your information goes untouched by anybody but you or any of our authorized users (employees or contractors). We use SSL (Secure Socket Layers) to ensure that data being transmitted between your computer and our servers stays secure. In addition, we do not store any credit card information you enter on our servers. Although you may have to type in your information for another payment, this ensures that your information will be kept out of harms way if our servers were compromised in any way.

Do we disclose any of your information to outside parties?

No. Simply put, we do not sell or trade any of your information with anyone. We take great pride in providing our clients with events that will be unforgettable and we believe that these practices hinder our ability to focus on providing you with the great experiences you have come to expect.


Shipping

In stock items on orders placed before 3:00 PM EST will be shipped that day. Items requiring special orders will be shipped when received by the manufacturer.


Returns

Items requiring special orders cannot be returned once the order has been placed, unless the product is defective. General in-stock items may be returned in original, unopened packaging.

Returns may only be made with a valid return authorization (RA) number, and must be made within 14 days of purchase.
