Bensalem, PA | Part-Time (20-25 hours/week), ramping up to Full-Time | Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 5 PM

We are looking for a Store Manager to oversee daily operations, manage inventory, collect payments, and assist customers with orders and inquiries. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, tech-savvy, and a strong team player who can effectively communicate with coworkers online and in person. While prior experience in security products is a plus, it is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Assist customers with orders, inquiries, and product recommendations
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate restocking as needed
• Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
• Utilize technology to communicate with the team via Zoom/online platforms
• Foster a positive and efficient work environment

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Personable and customer-focused
• Comfortable using technology and online communication tools
• Motivated, driven, and eager to contribute to company growth
• Prior experience in retail, inventory management, or security products is a plus
• Excellent references
