What information do we collect?

We only collect information that you provide to us via online forms, email, phone, or in person communications.

What do we use your information for?

We use your information in a variety of different ways including:

  • To provide you with an overview of information about your events
  • To improve our customer service to you when you email, call, or meet one of our employees regarding an event
  • To process credit card transactions
  • To send emails regarding your events and any important updates that we feel we should notify you about
  • To mail occasional promotions to you for marketing purposes.

How do we protect your information?

We use a variety of security measures to ensure that your information goes untouched by anybody but you or any of our authorized users (employees or contractors). We use SSL (Secure Socket Layers) to ensure that data being transmitted between your computer and our servers stays secure. In addition, we do not store any credit card information you enter on our servers. Although you may have to type in your information for another payment, this ensures that your information will be kept out of harms way if our servers were compromised in any way.

Do we disclose any of your information to outside parties?

No. Simply put, we do not sell or trade any of your information with anyone. We take great pride in providing our clients with events that will be unforgettable and we believe that these practices hinder our ability to focus on providing you with the great experiences you have come to expect.


Shipping

In stock items on orders placed before 3:00 PM EST will be shipped that day. Items requiring special orders will be shipped when received by the manufacturer.


Returns

Any non-close-out new item may be returned for credit within 30 days if:

  1. Item has not been used, altered marred in any way
  2. Item is returned with original wrappings in original container with all instructions and accessories
  3. Item is returned with proof of purchase.

All returns for credit are subject to a 15% restocking charge.

If any of the previous return conditions cannot be met the following apply at the discretion of A.F.Y. Security Distributors management:

  • Any defective item returned within the warranty period will be replaced in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty guidelines.
  • Over the Counter replacements will be given only at the request of the manufacturer with proper proof of purchase.
  • Any items returned as defective, found to be so as the result of improper usage and thus not covered by the warranty will be treated as an item returned under the proceeding category.
