Effective April 29, 2026

By placing orders on credit terms with A.F.Y. Security Distributors, Inc. (“A.F.Y.”) after the effective date, you agree to be bound by any and all Policies, Credit Terms, and Conditions listed herein.

1. What information do we collect?

We only collect information that you provide to us via online forms, email, phone, or in person communications.

2. What do we use your information for?

We use your information in a variety of different ways including:

• To personalize your experience on our website
• To provide you with an overview of information about your orders
• To improve our customer service to you when you email, call, or meet one of our employees regarding an order
• To process credit card transactions
• To send emails regarding your orders and any important updates that we feel we should notify you about
• To mail or email occasional promotions to you for marketing purposes.

3. How do we protect your information?

We use a variety of security measures to ensure that your information goes untouched by anybody but you or any of our authorized users (employees or contractors). We use SSL (Secure Socket Layers) to ensure that data being transmitted between your computer and our servers stays secure. In addition, we do not store any credit card information you enter on our servers. Although you may have to type in your information for another payment, this ensures that your information will be kept out of harms way if our servers were compromised in any way.

4. Do we disclose any of your information to outside parties?

No. Simply put, we do not sell or trade any of your information with anyone. We take great pride in providing our clients with events that will be unforgettable and we believe that these practices hinder our ability to focus on providing you with the great experiences you have come to expect.

5. Credit Terms

A.F.Y. Security Distributors requires a completed credit application and personal letter of guarantee on all accounts. This includes all accounts wishing to use checks, credit cards, as well as open account terms.
Companies / Individuals are subject to a return payment fee should a check or any other type of payment be returned to us for any reason by their bank. Replacement checks must be certified, and all purchases will be cash or certified check only until returned check is replaced, and return payment fee is paid. Past-due accounts will accrue interest at 1.5% per month (18% APR), or the maximum allowed by Pennsylvania law, whichever is lower. A.F.Y. Security Distributors may establish and adjust credit limits at its sole discretion. Orders exceeding the credit limit may require prepayment. Customer agrees to pay all reasonable collection costs, attorney’s fees, and court costs incurred in collecting delinquent balances.

6. Limited Warranty

Merchandise offered for sale by A.F.Y. Security Distributors is warranted only to the actual extent of the original manufacturer’s warranty. A.F.Y. Security Distributors makes no express or implied warranties whether of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose or otherwise (except as to title) other than those expressly set forth above, and in no event does A.F.Y. Security Distributors assume, nor shall it be liable for consequential or special damages, or for installation or other expenses whether direct or indirect. No waiver, alteration, or modification of the foregoing conditions shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by an executive office of A.F.Y. Security Distributors.

7. Delivery

Deliveries shall be subject to and contingent upon timely receipt of order by A.F.Y. Security Distributors together with the customer qualification of credit requirements or causes beyond its control, including without limitation, unavailability of products from A.F.Y. Security Distributors source of supply, strikes and other labor difficulty, riot, war, fire, delay or default of common carrier, or other delays beyond A.F.Y. Security Distributors reasonable control.

8. Seller’s Right of Possession

In addition to all other remedies, A.F.Y. Security Distributors shall have the rights, at anytime, for credit reasons or because of buyer’s default, to withhold shipment in whole or part, to recall goods in transit, retake same, and repossess all goods which may be stored without the necessity of taking any other action, and buyer consents that all merchandise so recalled, retaken or repossessed shall become absolute property of A.F.Y. Security Distributors provided that buyer is promptly notified of such and is given full credit therefore.

9. Risk of Loss; Claims

Merchandise is shipped FOB shipping point. Loss due to Damage, Shortage, or non-delivery due to carrier fault must be reported by the buyer. Claims stemming from discrepancies between invoices descriptions or quantities and actual product received by buyer due to the error of A.F.Y. Security Distributors must be made within 7 days of invoice date, and failure to make such claims shall result in waiver of any right to make claim for such error.
Merchandise picked up at A.F.Y. Security Distributors MUST be checked prior to leaving the premises. A.F.Y. Security Distributors will not accept responsibility for items missing after equipment is removed from premises.

10. Product Installation and Operation

Buyer assumed all responsibility for the proper selection, operation, and maintenance of the merchandise purchased from A.F.Y. Security Distributors. A.F.Y. Security Distributors shall not be responsible nor liable for any consequential, contingent, special, or incidental damages whatsoever except as specifically set worth in the Limited Warranty clause.

11. Returns

Only standard stock items may be returned for credit within 30 days of purchase, provided they meet the following criteria:

• Condition: Item is in original, unmarred condition and has not been used or altered.
• Packaging: Item is in its original packaging with all instructions, accessories, and wrappings intact.
• Proof: A valid proof of purchase is provided.

A. Special Orders

Items classified as Special Orders (items not typically stocked by A.F.Y. Security Distributors) are non-returnable and non-refundable. All sales on Special Orders are final.

B. Standard Returns & Restocking Fees

All eligible returns for credit are subject to a mandatory 15% restocking fee. If any of the return criteria listed above are not met, the acceptance of the return is at the sole discretion of A.F.Y. Security Distributors management.

C. Warranty and Damaged Items

We honor all manufacturer warranties for damaged or defective merchandise.

• Within 30 Days: If an item is found to be defective within the initial 30-day period, an Over the Counter (OTC) replacement may be issued, provided the manufacturer grants explicit approval.
• Outside of 30 Days: Returns and replacements are governed strictly by the Manufacturer’s Return Policy. Any replacement or credit is subject to their evaluation and approval.
• Exclusions: Items that have failed due to improper installation or misuse are not covered under warranty. These items may be denied credit or treated as a standard return at the company's discretion.

12. Items Returned for Repair

A.F.Y. Security Distributors make no express and/or implied warranties whether merchantability or fitness for any repair item. We will return for repair, to the manufacturer, any item that we carry or which was previously purchased from us, with the following charges rendered: Freight (to and from A.F.Y.), Service Charge (if any), Repair Charge (if any)
Freight and service charges, if any, are rendered even in the event that the product is found to be beyond economical repair or the customer does not wish to pursue the repair after acknowledgment of the estimated charges.

13. Collections Costs

If your account is referred to a collection agency or attorney due to nonpayment, you agree to be responsible for all costs of collection. This includes, but is not limited to, attorney’s fees, court costs, filing fees, and collection agency fees, in addition to the outstanding balance owed.

14. Suspension of Credit and Credit Limits

A.F.Y. Security Distributors Inc. reserves the right to suspend or revoke credit privileges at any time, without notice, if an account becomes delinquent, exceeds established credit limits, or otherwise demonstrates unsatisfactory payment history.

Credit limits are determined by A.F.Y. Security Distributors Inc. based on factors such as a customer’s average purchasing volume, payment history, and overall account standing. Limits may be adjusted downward at our discretion if account activity or payment behavior warrants it. Customers may request an increase to their credit limit; such requests will be reviewed and may require additional financial information or an updated credit application.

Orders placed while an account is on hold or in excess of the established credit limit may be delayed until payment arrangements are made or additional approval is granted.

15. Data Privacy and Electronic Communications

All personal information provided will be kept confidential and used solely for credit evaluation and collection purposes. Electronic signatures and emailed communications shall be deemed valid and binding.

16. Pricing

A.F.Y. is committed to providing clear, consistent, and transparent pricing across all purchasing channels. We believe our customers deserve to know exactly what to expect when doing business with us — whether online, by phone, or in person.

A. Consistent Pricing Across Channels
For every registered A.F.Y. customer, the prices displayed through our online store, quoted over the phone, or provided in person will reflect the same, consistent pricing. The price shown for a given product will be the same price you pay at checkout, before applicable taxes and shipping.

B. Quoted Pricing and Estimates
Quotations, price estimates, or proposals provided by A.F.Y. are valid at the time they are issued but are not guaranteed for future dates. Although A.F.Y. makes every reasonable effort to honor previously quoted prices, actual pricing at the time of order confirmation may vary due to changes in supplier costs, manufacturer programs, freight, or other market conditions beyond our control. Customers are encouraged to confirm pricing prior to order placement, especially for time-sensitive or large project purchases.

C. Special Considerations and Quoted Pricing
From time to time, A.F.Y. may offer customized quotations or pricing adjustments in situations where larger order quantities, project-based purchasing, or manufacturer programs allow for additional cost efficiencies. In such cases, A.F.Y. will make every reasonable effort to extend those savings to the customer while maintaining our commitment to fair and transparent pricing. These opportunities are evaluated individually and may require coordination with our sales or purchasing teams prior to order placement.

D. Exclusions and Adjustments
A.F.Y. may update or modify pricing policies at any time to reflect changes in costs, supplier pricing, or other business factors. Any such updates will take effect upon publication. This guarantee does not apply to:

• Clerical or system errors resulting in incorrect pricing.
• Special quotations, project-based pricing, or limited promotional offers.
• Third-party marketplace listings or external resellers.

E. Commitment to Transparency
Our goal is to make doing business with A.F.Y. straightforward and fair. We stand behind our commitment to provide consistent pricing, regardless of how or where you choose to place your order.

16. Free and Flat-Rate Shipping

A.F.Y. offers $20 flat rate shipping on afydist.com, in addition to free shipping for special occasions. Exclusions may apply below.

• Flat Rate Shipping: We offer a $20.00 flat rate on standard orders placed via afydist.com.
• Promotional Shipping: Look out for occasional promotions where we offer free shipping. Join our mailing list to stay updated on these events.

Shipping Exclusions & Oversized Items
The flat rate shipping policy applies exclusively to non-bulk items. To maintain our competitive rates, the following items are excluded from flat rate or promotional shipping:

• Weight: Any single item exceeding 50 lbs.
• Dimensions: Any item with a length exceeding 3 feet (36 inches).
• Classified Goods: All batteries and hazardous materials.

Additional Charges
Orders containing items that meet the exclusion criteria above are subject to additional shipping surcharges.
